Baccarat

Baccarat is a classic and widely popular live table game where the Banker and Player compete based on their card totals. The hand closest to 9 points wins. With simple rules, fast-paced gameplay, multiple betting options and comprehensive roadmap information, Baccarat offers players an exciting and strategic gaming experience.
GoWin Baccarat uses 8 decks of cards, for a total of 416 cards, with a live dealer handling each game in real time. Each round begins with two cards dealt to both the Player and Banker. If the result cannot be determined immediately, a third card may be dealt according to the standard Baccarat drawing rules.
Baccarat Point Rules
Baccarat card values are straightforward:
- A: 1 point
- 2–9: Face value
- 10, J, Q, K: 0 points
- When the total exceeds 9, only the last digit is used as the final point total
For example, if the two cards add up to 15, the final hand value is 5 points.
If either the Banker or Player has 8 or 9 points with the first two cards, it is considered a Natural and the result is generally determined immediately without drawing another card.
Banker and Player Drawing Rules
At the beginning of each round, both the Banker and Player receive two cards. If there is no Natural, the standard drawing rules determine whether a third card is dealt.
Player Drawing Rules:
- 0–5 points: Must draw
- 6–7 points: Stand
- 8–9 points: Natural, result determined immediately
Banker Drawing Rules:
The Banker's drawing decision depends on the Banker's current point total and, where applicable, the value of the Player's third card:
- 0–2 points: Must draw
- 3 points: Banker does not draw if the Player's third card is 8
- 4 points: Banker does not draw if the Player's third card is 0, 1, 8 or 9
- 5 points: Banker does not draw if the Player's third card is 0, 1, 2, 3, 8 or 9
- 6 points: Banker draws if the Player's third card is 6 or 7
- 7 points: Stand
- 8–9 points: Natural, result determined immediately
The winner is determined by comparing the final point totals of the Banker and Player. The hand closest to 9 points wins. If both sides have the same point total, the result is a Tie.
Multiple Betting Options
In addition to the standard Banker, Player and Tie bets, Baccarat also offers a range of side bets, allowing players to choose different betting strategies.
Banker — Commission
If the Banker wins, the payout is 1:0.95. If the result is a Tie, the original bet is returned.
Banker — No Commission
A winning Banker bet normally pays 1:1. If the Banker wins with 6 points, the payout is 1:0.5. A Tie returns the original bet.
Player
A winning Player bet pays 1:1. If the result is a Tie, the original bet is returned.
Tie
If the Banker and Player finish with the same point total, the result is a Tie, paying 1:8.
Banker Pair
If the Banker's first two cards have the same card value, it is a Banker Pair, paying 1:11.
Player Pair
If the Player's first two cards have the same card value, it is a Player Pair, paying 1:11.
Lucky 6
When the Banker wins with a total of 6 points, the payout depends on the number of cards used:
- Banker wins with 6 points using 2 cards: 1:12
- Banker wins with 6 points using 3 cards: 1:20
Any Pair
If either the Banker or Player has two cards with the same card value, the Any Pair bet wins, paying 1:5.
Perfect Pair
The first two cards of either the Banker or Player must match in suit, color, and rank/value to qualify as a Perfect Pair, paying 1:25.
Baccarat Roadmaps
A Baccarat Roadmap records the results of previous rounds and provides players with a visual way to review Banker, Player, Tie and Pair results.
GoWin Baccarat provides several commonly used roadmaps, including:
Bead Road
The Bead Road, also known as the Bead Plate, records the basic result of each round.
- Red: Banker
- Blue: Player
- Green: Tie
- If a Banker Pair occurs, a red mark appears in the upper-left corner of the bead
- If a Player Pair occurs, a blue mark appears in the lower-right corner
- If both Banker Pair and Player Pair occur, both corresponding marks are displayed
Big Road
The Big Road is one of the most commonly used Baccarat roadmaps and displays Banker and Player results in a structured pattern.
- Red circle: Banker
- Blue circle: Player
- A Tie is marked with a green diagonal line across the previous result
- Consecutive Ties are indicated by a number showing the number of consecutive Tie results
The Big Road provides a quick visual overview of previous game results.
Big Eye Road
The Big Eye Road is also known as the Big Eye Boy. It is generated based on the arrangement of results in the Big Road.
The Big Eye Road analyzes specific positions from the Big Road and uses different colors to indicate whether the previous results follow consistent or different patterns.
Small Road
The Small Road is another auxiliary roadmap generated from the Big Road. It provides an additional way to observe changes and patterns in the arrangement of previous game results.
Cockroach Road
The Cockroach Road, also known as the Small Cockroach Road, is likewise generated based on Big Road results and presents game patterns using its own arrangement rules.
Live Baccarat Experience
GoWin Baccarat features live dealers and real-time video gameplay, allowing players to watch the dealing process and game results as they happen.
The game supports different table modes, including the Main Table, Quick Bet Tables, Hot Tables and Good Road Tables, allowing players to choose a table according to their preferred gameplay style.
When switching the Main Table mode, any confirmed bets already placed in an ongoing round will not be affected. The newly selected table mode will take effect from the next round.
Live Game Handling
As Baccarat is operated by live dealers, special situations may occasionally occur. Any such situation will be handled according to the platform's announcements and applicable game rules.
If a card accidentally falls from the table or leaves the camera's view during shuffling, the floor supervisor will replace the affected cards and reshuffle the deck according to the applicable procedures.
If the dealer accidentally deals cards in the wrong sequence, the floor supervisor will restore the correct dealing order and determine whether the round can continue or should be declared invalid according to the applicable rules.
If a new shoe has not completed the required burn-card procedure, or another situation occurs that may affect the validity of the round, the platform will handle the situation according to the applicable game rules.
